Georgia Department of Labor- Veterans Assistance

The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) is dedicated to serving veterans and their spouses. GDOL staff can assist with finding work; transitioning into the workforce; building career skills; credentialing military experience and training; and accessing state and federal veterans’ services. The Veterans Empowerment Organizaion of Georgia, Inc. (V.E.O.)

The Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia, Inc   (VEO) is   a non-profit agency designed to assist veterans   in becoming self-sufficient.   Attaining the goal of self-sufficiency involves providing services as housing, employment, training, and other supportive services. These services are provided by a VEO staff comprised of case managers, employment specialists, job coaches, behavior counselors, and peer specialist. The VEO philosophy is our veterans served us now we must serve them.   Therefore, no veteran should be homeless or income-less.   In keeping   with this reasoning, VEO will assist any veteran in need.
