Seniors at Bethlehem at Birdine Senior Center gathered to celebrate the grand reopening of the Center on Thursday, November 30, 2017.   Fulton County officials joined seniors for a holiday celebration in the new location that was renovated to enhance the experiences of seniors in wellness, fitness and life enrichment activities.   Bethlehem is inside the John C. Birdine Neighborhood Center located at 215 Lakewood Way SW in Atlanta, Georgia.   Center participants were dressed in celebratory red shirts as they enjoyed their new surroundings.   The new site is slightly larger and includes dedicated space for fitness, sewing, crafts and ceramics.   Additionally, eight computers are available for instruction and use by participants along with two recumbent exercise bikes, two elliptical machines and a kiln for ceramics.
