Vision

It is my vision that Fulton County 9-1-1 will evolve into a Center of Excellence by becoming the Best call center in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Our successful partnerships, innovative strategies and high performance standards will set us apart from other 9-1-1 centers. Our service delivery will be admired and respected by our customers and partners. Fulton County 9-1-1 will be known as a great place to do business with and to work.
 

My Pledge

I Pledge, to ensure customer satisfaction is delivered to citizens, service providers, staff management and partners of Fulton County.


I Pledge, to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary tools to effectively provide customer satisfaction.

I Pledge, to remain committed to the achievement of Performance Standards and the Mission of Futlon County and Emergency Communications.

I Pledge, to always treat internal and external customers fairly and with respect.

I Pledge, to remain committed to the forward progress of the Emergency Communications Department and to make decisions that exemplify effectiveness.

I Pledge, to promptly respond to all correspondence and requests, follow-up on any problems, and to provide feedback on my findings.

I Pledge, to hold myself and all staff members accountable for actions and non-actions and to take the appropriate corrective action.
