Accreditation Assessment Team Invites Public Comment | Print |

 On March 26, 2018, the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) will begin examining all aspects of the Fulton County Marshal’s Department’s policies and procedures, management, operations and support services. This process is taking place so that the Fulton County Marshal’s Department will achieve its eighth accreditation since 1995.

As part of the on-site assessment, law enforcement agency employees and members of the community are invited to offer comments about the Department’s reaccreditation at a public information session to be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the Fulton County Courthouse’s Justice Center Tower in Courtroom 1B, 185 Central Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Individuals who cannot attend the public information session may express their comments by calling 404-612-4456 on Tuesday, March 27th from the hours of 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. They are also welcome to mail their comments to the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc., 13575 Heathcote Boulevard, Suite 320, Gainesville, Virginia 20155.
