Nicole Keaton-Hart, Chief Information Officer

Chief Information Officer

Nicole Keaton-Hart was named Chief Information Officer in December 2018. She had previously served as Fulton County Government's Deputy Chief Information Officer, and in that capacity, she has provided leadership focusing on information security strategy and program development. Ms. Keaton-Hart has played a key leadership role in Fulton County's efforts to work on a new county website and initiatives to address cybersecurity issues. In her role, she has also coordinated Fulton County's efforts to prepare for system security in advance of Super Bowl LXIII.

During her IT career spanning more than 25 years, she has held key senior leadership and strategic executive advisory CIO and CISO roles while keenly focused on ensuring IT, business and cyber security operate in harmony. Nicole has led comprehensive cross-organizational initiatives in support of business goals and objectives within financial services, insurance, retail, healthcare technology, consumer packaged goods, and oil and gas industries.

Prior to her tenure with Fulton County, Nicole Keaton-Hart served as a senior vice president for technology risk and compliance with SunTrust Bank. Ms. Keaton-Hart holds a Master of Science Executive MIS from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
