The health center is the first multidiscipline facility in the state designed to address health disparities experienced in the Vine City community. SERVICES OFFERED AT SANDY SPRINGS HEALTH CENTER HAVE BEEN MOVED TO THE NORTH FULTON SERVICE CENTER, EFFECTIVE JULY 21, 2010.
ATTENTION SANDY SPRINGS HEALTH CENTER CLIENTS!
Effective Wednesday, July 21st, the Sandy Springs Health Center at 330 Johnson Ferry Road, Atlanta, has been closed. Your health services, records and providers have been relocated to the newly renovated North Fulton Service Center at 7741 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs. The Service Center is a few miles north of the clinic location and is easily accessible by MARTA bus route 87, northbound and southbound.
Please see the attached letter ( link) from Health Services Director, Dr. Patrice Harris, for more details. We have also attached a flyer ( link) that includes easy-to-follow directions to the North Fulton Service Center.
